Sign the Audit Trail

System>Sign

For LHC Secure only.

Comply with your organization's policy for signing an audit trail, system and protocol audit trails. Consult your system administrator for information about which reason to apply.

1. Use the drop-down list to select a Reason for signing.
2. Fill the comment box with required information.
3. Click the appropriate "sign" button on the bottom of the window. Enter your user name and password to sign as a different user.

Select System>Audit Trail and then select the type of audit trail you signed to view your signature.
