There are several simple editing functions available from the toolbar.
Undo reverses the last set of actions performed since the last Save. You can redo actions you undid with the Redo command.
If either button is gray, there are no actions to undo or redo.
Click to check spelling in your article.
Use the Highlight Changes button to turn the insertion highlights and deletion indicators on or off in the text. Your edits will still appear, but they won't be marked.
You can cut, copy, and paste text using these commands. You cannot cut, copy or paste figures. If you need to do any editing to figures, see the Figures topic for procedures and more information.
